Aleksandar (Alex) is a boxing trainer and competitor with almost 10 years of boxing experience. He provides expert level technical advice and training. But don't worry - he understands that not all people who learn boxing want to be Mike Tyson. The training style and intensity is suited to the individial with a great deal of care for the wellbeing of the subject. Whether you want to learn boxing for fun, fitness or security - he can help you.

Alex is an experienced trainer who understands the needs of his students and can provide boxing lessons to suit every level.

Becoming fit is one thing, but learning techniques directly from a competitive boxer is almost priceless. You can apply the knowledge to improve all areas of your life, and develop habits that will keep you in good shape.

Our boxing lessons are in small groups ( max. 4 people) at various times. Every lesson will involve elements of technique and fitness. Whether you are a total beginner or a boxer who wants to prepare for a fight, our training can help you achieve your goals.

Do I need to be fit?

No, but you can expect to gently improve your fitness as your training progresses. At the beginning almost all the training will be focussed on technique.

No, your fitness will improve as you learn and practice.

What should I wear?

Although professional boxers wear specific clothes, you don't need anything special for beginners training. A pair of comfortable shorts, running shoes and a t-shirt will be fine.

Do I need equipment?

At the beginning you will practice technique and perform light exercises that don't require any special equipment. As your training advances you may decide to get yourself some gloves and a skipping rope - but this is optional.

From the beginning you will not need any equipment.

Will I have to fight people?

You definitely do not have to fight anyone, and you will not be pressured into sparring with live partners. The focus will be on how to throw punches, and how to improve your fitness - however if your goal is to compete in a boxing match, that can be accomodated also.
